Took my five year old autistic daughter out to a nighttime art installation with the pragon handy, made it so much easier for me and so much more accessible for her. She had an enclosed space to retreat to if she needed it but could still be a part of all the interesting things that were going on around her.
Set up of the wagon on delivery was fine but would really appreciate a videoed set of instructions as well as a video of how to raise the floor up to make it a flat surface. Also how to fold and unfold the first time. I figured most of these things out but am a visual learner and I couldn’t find anything on YouTube!
I am in LOVE with my Larktale 2-seater wagon - and so are my 3.5 yo twins! I really wish I had found it sooner, it makes it super comfortable for them to go for walks which they love, makes it safe (it will be a fair while before they outgrow it and they haven't worked out how to undo the harness yet) and also helps one of them when the surroundings become too much such as when we attend playgroup. He goes into the wagon and "recharges", then comes back out ready to play again.
The Larktale caravan has been great particularly for my 4 year old daughter who has Autism. It has allowed me to get out and about with both my 4 year old and 10 month old without worrying about the safety of my 4 year old who is a runner, has no safety awareness and can get overwhelmed with crowded and busy places.
We love this Wagon! It’s spacious for our 4 and 1 year olds, but still feels ok to push around the shops without feeling massive. It’s so easy to fold and open, and we love the little storage box. The canopies actually shade the kids well and it’s easy to steer. We wanted one with a pull and push function and it has that.
A couple of small negatives: although it’s the lighter of its kind, it is still quite heavy. And just make sure you have a large SUV. For reference our Tiguan would be too small, our 2023 Santa Fe is fine.
Love this wagon. I chose the Larktale as it was lighter weight than the wonderfold so easier to lift in and out of the car for me. It is plenty big enough for my 5 year old ( with heaps of room). I had stopped being able to get exercise with my son who has autism as he didn't fit in a pram any longer and also he would become very frightened if it was windy in a pram and it blew the rain cover towards him. This works much better as you can have both hoods on and the rain cover over the top so he can feel secure and protected from the wind so not meltdowns so I can go for a walk. This has been huge for me as I have the freedom again to get some exercise which boosts my mood. Looking forward to taking it shopping as he no longer fits in a trolley so this will be great. I think the price is a bargain for what you are getting with hoods, rain cover, storage bag included and amazing the weight capacity of the seats. Great product. It arrived very quickly. I was able to set up withour any help from my husband - it's very easy to put together.
